Montbard. “A real added value”: Quai 3, a coworking space, has been inaugurated

Almost all the equipment was there on Thursday, September 4, for the inauguration of Quai 3, the name given to this new shared workspace in Montbard. Covering a 200 square meter single-story space, accessible to people with reduced mobility, there are meeting rooms, coworking spaces, individual offices, interactive screens, a plotter, and, very soon, a 3D printer.

This innovative, high-performance, eco-friendly building, constructed between September 2023 and February 2025 by the Montbardois Community of Communes (CCM), has been open since July ^1, 2025.
